The manager, Dan, went above and beyond. I went in at 4:45 pm on a Saturday to secure a unit that I had reserved earlier in the week. He stayed and got me checked in even though they close at 5 pm. Dan has great customer service. He explained everything and gave me the opportunity to ask questions.
