I love this place. Boomer is amazing and such a pleasure to work with. He is very thorough and insightful. Moving my belongings into the storage happened to be at a really hard time in my life but he made me feel lighter and secure. The building is veryyyyyy clean and does not reek of mold. I know that my belongings are safe.
I'm EXTREMELY SATISFIED with this location (900 17th Street North) of Metro Mini Storage!!! The customer service has been suburb since my initial rental experience. Boomer, the manager, has been an awesome rep for this location. I've truly been totally appreciative of the service, safety, climate, and the cleanliness in this facility. The building access and holiday(s) hours are very accommodating. I personally give the staff and the facility a 10/10 rating. I highly recommend this location for your personal storage choice!
